Family members of the gunman in a mass shooting at a California food festival say they are "deeply shocked and horrified" by his actions. Santino William Legan opened fire at the Gilroy Garlic Festival on July 28 before shooting himself. Authorities have opened a domestic terrorism case after finding a "target list" containing religious institutions, courthouses and other sites compiled by the gunman.
